Over the past 30 years, Can held senior positions as a business executive, portfolio manager, merchant banker in the USA and Europe.  Since 2009, he has been managing Baytok Advisory Ltd., an M&A and corporate finance boutique based in Istanbul. 

Can’s previous experience includes: Ticaret Securities AŞ, as Chairman and President (2006-‘08); BBF Partners AG, a private equity firm, as a founding partner (2004-‘08); Ton-Ko Komünikasyon Hizmetleri AŞ, a new telecom firm set up to design, build and operate Turkey’s first facilities-based, next-generation, fiber optic network, as Founder (2002-‘04).  

In the late 90s, he founded Equinox Finance Limited in Dublin, Ireland, a regulated investment firm involved in merchant banking, treasury and funds management.  He also set up and ran the Equinox Cross-Market Arbitrage Fund. Can started his financial career at Morgan Stanley’s commodities desk in New York, where he became a proprietary trader, managing a cross-market risk arbitrage portfolio. Can has a B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University. He is fluent in English, French, and Turkish.

Randall Cox is a senior investment professional with over 35 years of experience. He served 20 years in Hong Kong with leading real estate and private equity firms. Based in Los Angeles since 2003, he served 4 years as an Advisor to Winnick & Company, and 5 years as President of Relativity Media’s Digital Studio where he and his team innovated the usage of social media Influencers in marketing theatrical releases. As principal of the private investment and strategic advisory firm Coxinvest LLC, he is active in the nexus of digital media, technology, e-commerce, and immersive live experience.

Randall’s earlier experience includes business development and acquisition projects for top US hedge and private equity funds, hotel operations, and management with the head office of Mandarin Oriental Hotels, commercial real estate with Hongkong Land, and negotiation of more than $1 billion in hospitality and corporate M&A transactions as Managing Director of Lombard Asian Private Investment Company and Founder/CEO of a Hong Kong-based boutique M&A advisory firm. He served as a Director of Korea’s Good Morning Securities, a Director of PhilWeb Corporation (Philippine Stock Exchange), and is a seed investor in Korea’s Midas Assets International ($10 billion AUM).
He has his BS in business from UC San Diego and MBA from the University of Southern California.
